In 2007 I purchased this trailer that use to be a refridgerated
meat hauling trailer. The tank is insulated inside, and measures 6' long by 3' wide
by 2' deep. I lined the tank with rubber.
The primary tank holds 270 gallons when full to the top, however I only
fill it about 3/4 full (200 gallons) do to the weight (1600lbs).
I can put a hundred or so large koi (12"-24") in the main tank. A secondary
removable tank sits on the front of this tank which holds about 50 gallons (400lbs).
I put hundreds of small koi in this tank.
I have a 115 Volt Medo Air Pump that I run using a 12V inverter plugged into my dash.
This powers several airstones for the koi. I treat the water with Cloram-X to protect
the koi from Ammonia.
The koi-mobile is all loaded up with fish, tubs, tanks, and everything else we need.
Now all we need is YOU.
